One-on-one with Coach Bill #FOE
Built around the athlete you've got — not the athlete somebody else has. In person or virtual, every level.
Lessons are how most of our families work with Coach Bill long-term. Consistent reps, consistent feedback, consistent accountability. Pick the duration and skill that fit your athlete — or combine two skills in one combo session.
New Here?
If you've never trained with Coach Bill before, the easiest way to start isn't a session at all — it's a free 30-minute Discovery Call. We'll talk about your athlete, what they're working on, and figure out the right starting point together. No pressure, no commitment. Just a real conversation between Coach Bill and your family.
Skill Sessions
One athlete, one coach, one focused hour (or half hour) of work on the skill that needs the most attention. Most athletes start here.
1-Hour Session
Full hour of focused work on the skill of your choice. The most common booking and the format most athletes build around.
30-Minute Session
Shorter format for younger athletes, in-season tune-ups, or when a full hour is more than the schedule allows.
Combo Sessions
One hour, two skills. Same coach, same price as a single-skill hour — just split between two areas the athlete wants to work on. Good for athletes covering multiple positions, or anyone who wants variety inside the hour.
Group Sessions
Bring a teammate. Group sessions split focus across two athletes — same hour, same coach, more reps for both.
2 Athletes · 1 Hour
Two athletes, one hour of hitting work. Softball, baseball, or mixed. Great for siblings, teammates, or training partners pushing each other.
Book Group Hitting →2 Athletes · 1 Hour
Two pitchers, one hour of pitching work. Softball only. Good for sisters, teammates, or pitchers competing for the same role.
Book Group Pitching →Per Athlete · 1 Hour
Group pitching practice for softball pitchers — bring a teammate or training partner. Per-athlete pricing.
Book Open Group Pitch →Intensives
Longer formats for athletes who want to dig deeper or tackle bigger work in one block. Intensives are where mental game work, video review, and full mechanical breakdowns get the time they actually deserve. The booking form for any intensive includes a few extra questions — positions, goals, upcoming events — so Coach Bill shows up ready for the work, not asking warm-up questions.
75 Minutes
An extended one-on-one designed to correct specific habits or break through problem areas in pitching, hitting, fielding, or catching. More time allows for deep breakdown, lots of repetition, and immediate correction. Athlete will also leave with a personalized drill plan to reinforce at home.
Book 75-Minute Intensive →90 Minutes
A full-length intensive session for athletes ready for a deep dive into mechanics and performance. We'll break down mechanics, identify key adjustments, and drill them repeatedly until they stick. This lesson includes video feedback (if needed), extensive reps, and a clear take-home plan for continued work. Great for athletes working through stubborn habits or preparing for competitive play.
Book 90-Minute Intensive →3 Hours
A focused deep-dive training session for athletes who want extra reps, detailed instruction, and time to make real adjustments. Great for hitters, fielders, or pitchers wanting more than a standard lesson.
Book 3-Hour Intensive →Half Day · 4 Hours
A more in-depth training experience with built-in breaks and a customized plan based on the athlete's goals. This session allows time for skill breakdown, drill work, adjustments, and application.
Book Half-Day Intensive →8 Hours
A customized 8-hour training package, typically split across two days for the best experience. Designed for athletes wanting extra time for skill breakdown, adjustments, and high-quality reps. The booking form gathers the details Coach Bill needs to plan the weekend — goals, focus areas, upcoming events — so the time is used well from the first minute.
Inquire About Weekend Package →Virtual Sessions
Same coaching, on video. For athletes outside the area, families with travel-heavy schedules, or anyone who wants a quick mid-week check-in without driving to the facility. Sending swing or pitching footage in advance gets you the most out of every minute.
1-Hour Virtual
Full hour over video. Send swing or pitching footage ahead of time, get the same coaching breakdown you'd get in person — just from your living room or your home cage.
Book 1-Hour Virtual →30-Minute Virtual
Quick mid-week check-in. Video review, mental-game touch-base, or a fast tune-up between in-person sessions. Same coach, less drive time.
Book 30-Minute Virtual →Private Nightmare Tryout
For athletes interested in trying out for one of Coach Bill's Nightmare softball teams (8U, 10U, 12U, or 14U). Tryouts aren't appointments — they're evaluations — so we handle scheduling through a conversation rather than online booking. Reach out with the athlete's age, current team, and a bit about her game, and we'll get back to you to figure out a time.
Booking & Payment
Online booking accepts a card to hold your spot. You can pay at booking (preferred) or pay at the lesson — either way, your card stays on file. Cancel at least 24 hours before your lesson and you owe nothing. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full lesson price to the card on file.
What to Expect
Honest feedback. Real challenges. No fluff. Coach Bill teaches the game the way she learned it — through reps, through accountability, through caring about the athlete as a person who happens to play softball or baseball.
Athletes come from across Harris County and the surrounding region — Troup, Meriwether, Muscogee, and beyond. Wherever you're driving in from, you're getting the same coach, the same standards, and the same investment in the work.
