Have It at the Facility

Once the facility opens, the four cages, the lobby, and the conditioning area can all be reserved for private events. Birthday parties, end-of-season team banquets, holiday gatherings, corporate team-building, off-season camps run by visiting coaches — whatever brings people together around the game. Below are the standard rental options. If you've got something different in mind, reach out and we'll figure it out.

Birthday Parties

Two hours of exclusive use of the entire facility for the kid who lives at the facility. Cages, conditioning space, lobby for cake and presents — all yours. Bring your own food, decorations, and party favors; we'll handle the space and make sure everything's set up for the kids to swing, run, and have a blast.

Includes use of all four cages, the conditioning area, and the lobby. Pitching machines available on request (limited to two). No age restrictions — works for kid birthdays, teen birthdays, or grown-ups who never grew out of the game.

Team Parties & Banquets

End-of-season banquets. Championship celebrations. Team bonding nights. The facility doubles as event space for travel-ball families and rec leagues that want somewhere different than a pizza place. Same flat rates as birthday rentals — book by the hour or grab the half-day for bigger groups.

Event Rentals

The space is open for more than just parties. Visiting coaches running their own clinics, corporate team-building, fundraisers, league-wide kickoffs — anything that needs an indoor sports venue with character. Same rental structure: $325 for 2 hours, $575 for 4 hours, custom pricing for full-day or recurring bookings.
