How Game With Gliddon collects, uses and protects the information you give us.

The short version

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We collect only what we need to run lessons, camps and facility bookings: who you are, how to reach you, and what you booked. We do not sell your information. We do not send it to advertisers.

What we collect

Contact details
Name, email address, mobile phone number, and the city you are coming from.
Athlete details
The athlete's name, age group, and what they are working on — the things a coach needs to run a useful session.
Booking and payment records
What you booked and when, and whether it has been paid for. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on this site.
Messages you send us
Contact form submissions and text messages you send to our business number.

How we use it

  • To schedule, confirm, reschedule and cancel your sessions.
  • To send booking confirmations and reminders, by email and — if you asked for them — by text.
  • To take payment for sessions you booked.
  • To answer you when you get in touch.
  • To keep our own records of who has trained with us.

Text messages

Text messaging is optional. You opt in by checking the box on our booking form; the box is never checked for you. If you opt in, we send messages about your own bookings — confirmations, reminders, and changes to your session.

Message frequency varies with how often you book. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not cancel your bookings and does not stop the emails we send about them.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make the site work, and only with what they need to do their job:

  • Our payment processor — to take payment and, if you asked us to, keep a card on file.
  • Our messaging provider — to deliver the emails and texts you have asked for.
  • Our web host — which stores the site and its database.

That is the whole list. We do not sell personal information, we do not trade it, and we do not hand it to anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as we need them for our own accounting and for the history of an athlete's training. Ask us to delete your information and we will, except for anything we are required to keep for tax or legal reasons.

Children

We coach young athletes, so we hold information about minors — but the account, the booking and the consent all belong to a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information directly from a child. If you believe a child has given us information without a parent's involvement, contact us and we will remove it.

Your choices

  • Ask us what we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct it.
  • Ask us to delete it.
  • Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
  • Use the unsubscribe link in any non-essential email.
