Booking a session

Booking through this site reserves a specific time with a coach. You are responsible for the information you give us being accurate — particularly the mobile number, since that is where confirmations and schedule changes go.

Payment

Sessions are paid either at booking or at the lesson, depending on what you chose. Where you have asked us to keep a card on file, it is held by our payment processor and used for the session you booked and for late-cancellation or no-show charges under the policy below.

Cancellations

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead and there is no charge. Inside 24 hours, or if the athlete does not show, the session is charged in full — the time was held and cannot be given to anyone else. You can manage a booking from the link in your confirmation.

Text messages

What the program is. Game With Gliddon sends text messages about your own bookings: confirmations when you book, reminders before a session, and notices when a session is rescheduled or cancelled. These are service messages about appointments you made. We do not send marketing texts through this program.

How you opt in. By checking the SMS box on our booking form. The box is not checked for you and booking does not require it — decline it and you still get everything by email.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message from us and the texts stop. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. Stopping texts does not cancel your bookings and does not stop booking emails. Reply START if you want them back.

How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, email info@gamewithgliddon.com, or use our contact form.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed — which is why anything that matters is also sent by email.

Your information. How we handle the number you give us is covered in our Privacy Policy. In short: no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and opt-in data is never shared with anyone.

The facility

Athletes and guests use the facility at their own risk. Follow the coaching staff's instructions while you are in the building. We can decline service to anyone whose conduct puts other people at risk.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page. The date at the top says when it last changed, and continuing to book after a change means you accept it.
