Game With Gliddon uses optional text messaging to communicate with customers about their own lessons, bookings, and services. Customers may receive:

  • Booking confirmations
  • Appointment reminders
  • Schedule or location changes
  • Cancellation notices
  • Booking-management information
  • Customer-service replies concerning their bookings

Game With Gliddon does not use this SMS program for marketing or promotional text messages.

How customers opt in

Customers may opt in during the online booking process. After choosing a service and time, the booking form asks for a mobile number and provides a separate SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is not selected by default and is separate from general Terms or Privacy acceptance. Customers may complete a booking without agreeing to receive SMS messages.

What happens after consent

Messages are sent only in connection with your bookings and services. Message frequency varies according to booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not cancel your booking.
